  • You must fill out a device license application and have your device(s) certified by a licensed NH Service Technician before placing them into service.
  • The device license application form can be found on the "For Businesses" web page.
  • Applications may be emailed to devices@agr.nh.gov, mailed or faxed to (603) 271-1109.
