The New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Markets & Food (NHDAMF) is partnering with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in collaboration with the Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc to operate the 2012 SFMNP NH Farm Fresh Delivery Program. Farmers are being sought to contract for delivery of pre-packaged bundles of fresh fruits and vegetables to specified clinic locations during July -September.
